We do not collect personally identifiable information on our web site or otherwise unless you choose to give it to us by subscribing to the Buletin CVT, via an electronic mail message, a phone call, by postal mail or via your application form to be listed in the practitioners directory. Even when you choose to give us information, we keep it confidential.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable information. We maintain some records of individuals who contact us in case we contact you later or provide further information to you in the future. However, we do not provide this information to anyone else unless you give us your permission.

How we use your information,

If you are a customer of one of our products, we need your name and address (postal and/or email) in order to deliver the product, information or service you requested and to follow up with you about the transaction (i.e., send a bill, notify you that your subscription is expiring etc). We may also send you further information about the products, its offers, or other products produced under its name.

To send you information about products, information or services

From time-to-time our web sites may want to let you know about a product or service that might interest you. The material to be sent to you is reviewed and we will ensure that the materials are appropriate and not misleading. If you would prefer NOT to receive any information, simply inform us.

We use mals-e.com shopping cart service for ordering online. If you order our products on-line, your email, address or other information is used only for processing the order and for presenting you with payment options and will be used to correspond with you and to post the products ordered and will not be revealed to any third parties.

We do not enable “cookies” on our web site The server of our Internet Service Provider collects information about the date and time in which our web site was accessed and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked to our site. We have the ability to access this information, but have chosen not to avail ourselves of this data for the time being. If we decide to use this information to analyze web traffic in the future, we will only be able to measure the number of visitors to our site and the addresses of the web sites from which our visitors come. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information are not available to us.

Anonymous/aggregated information
This is information that cannot identify you personally, such as:

  • Browser information (i.e. the URL of the web page you were just on, the IP address of the computer you are using, your domain type, and your browser version). Browser information is automatically recorded as part of transmitting information over the Internet. We may use it to help us display information in the best format for you.

Although it is highly unlikely, we may be required by law to provide information to law enforcement or judicial authorities in certain cases.
